18 - 12:45pm Cabin Ruins
We turn off the old Summit Road on the orange blazed Robert Frost trail. The going gets much steeper and we scour the forest looking for the old cabin ruins. Turns out the trail runs right into the ruins after about 1/4 mile.
We munch on some gorp and then decide to head back. Needs a little care descending the glazed over snow on the steeper section to the old Summit Road. After that it is plain sailing.
